Jon Williams, QKA - Plan Administrator - Discussion will focus on the basics of distribution payments including: 1) when a participant is eligible and time requirements for payments; 2) how much an eligible employee is able to receive; 3) the payment forms that plan sponsors may distribute i.e., stock or cash and what the companies are required to offer distributions in the form of shares.
A Guide to Reviewing Your ESOP Administration - 4:00 - 5:00 p.m.
Dolores Lawrence, CPA, QKA - Managing Director - If you are the ESOP Plan Administrator, one of your duties is to ensure your Plan is being administered accurately. This session provides guidelines for reviewing your ESOP reports and test-checking the allocations to your participants' accounts. For leveraged ESOPs, we will also discuss share release.
