Blue Ridge ESOP Associates (Blue Ridge) has dedicated resources this past year to enhance the ESOPConnection™ experience. ESOPConnection™ is an online tool that provides direct access to plan information, record keeping, and education resources. Blue Ridge is excited to announce that we will soon be implementing an updated version of ESOPConnection™. The core functionality of ESOPConnection™ will remain the same as it is today, however it will have a more modern look.
In addition to changing the overall look of ESOPConnection™, this past year’s emphasis has been to provide relevant resources to help understand and communicate the mechanics of ESOPs. Blue Ridge has made advances to the participant projection tool and ESOP instructive resources.
Participant Projection Tool
- Blue Ridge has revamped the participant projection tool. The participant projection tool can be used to forecast ESOP and 401(k) account balances. This can help employees understand the benefits of ESOPs and plan for their future financial goals. The assumptions can be customized for your ESOP benefit levels.
ESOP Instructive Resources
- The year-end letter webinar has been updated.
- There is now an ESOP glossary available on ESOPConnection™. This glossary includes definitions for common ESOP words to help plan participants understand common terms.
