Blue Ridge ESOP Associates is pleased to announce the addition of Carla Klingler and Beth Bauer to our team of professionals.
Carla will be joining Blue Ridge as a Director of Plan Administration. She is a pioneer in the ERISA and ESOP industry and has spent more than 35 years interpreting ERISA and developing ESOP compliance procedures and tools to address regulatory requirements. Her ESOP consulting expertise and TPA services cover broad corporate strategies including ownership transition, plan design/implementation, regulatory compliance, tax, benefits, and communications. Carla's degree is in Economics and Finance from UC Santa Barbara and postgrad ERISA studies at Wharton School of Business and Golden Gate University. She is an active member of The ESOP Association, NCEO, and serves on the National ESOP Administration Advisory Committee. She is also a frequent speaker for these organizations and other local and national events. Her office will be located in Roswell, GA.
Beth will be joining Blue Ridge as a Senior Plan Administrator. She comes to Blue Ridge with over 11 years of experience in ESOP administration, and her prior background in hospitality mirrors well with her Client Services expertise which includes working on complex ESOP plans and providing consultation for her clients throughout the administration process. Beth is an active member of the NCEO, The ESOP Association, and serves on the Program Committee for the Wisconsin Chapter. She will be a speaker at the Wisconsin Chapter ESOP conference this spring and looks forward to being a speaker at future conferences. She holds the Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) credential from ASPPA and earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. Her office will be located in Greenville, WI.
