In response to a request from The ESOP Association, two influential Senators have written a letter informing the Small Business Administration (SBA) that ESOPs are definitively eligible for coronavirus relief loans and urging the agency to make this clear to lenders everywhere.
The Association thanks Senators Ron Wyden (D-OR) and Benjamin Cardin (D-MD) for their invaluable and timely support.
