You can't manage your repurchase obligation unleass you plan for it. This session will walk through the steps of completing a repurchase obligation study and identify factors and assumptions that are part of the analaysis. Case studies will be used to show repurchase obligation challenges that can be addressed with advance planning. The session discussion will cover the impact of various ESOP distribution polices and repurchase methods (recycling, redeemng and releveraging) on repurchase obligation and participants' account balances. Various company approaches to funding the obligation and associated pros and cons will also be discussed.
