Dolores Lawrence, CPA, QKA - Managing Director Dolores has over 25 years of experience in employee benefits, with a focus on plan design, implementation, administration and consulting services for ESOPs and 401(k) plans. She also has a tax and accounting background. Ms. Lawrence is a certified public accountant and holds the QKA designation from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA). She is a member of The ESOP Association, the National Center for Employee Ownership and ASPPA. She is currently a member of The ESOP Association’s Administrative Advisory Committee and is a frequent speaker at The ESOP Association and NCEO conferences. Ms. Lawrence received her BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas.

Lisa M. Dunbar, QKA - Senior Plan Administrator Lisa is a Senior Plan Administrator for Blue Ridge ESOP Associates; the leader in Professional ESOP Administration. Lisa has 15 years of experience in employee benefits, with a focus on plan design, implementation, administration and consulting services for ESOPs. Lisa received her degree in Business Administration and holds the QKA designation from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA). She is a member of The ESOP Association, the National Center for Employee Ownership and ASPPA.
Sharon Hinds, QPA, QKA – Senior Plan Administrator Sharon’s career spans over 35 years in the qualified retirement plan arena. She has specialized in ESOP’s the last 13 years. Her background includes 401(k) daily administration and general plan compliance. Sharon received her BA in Mathematics from SUNY Potsdam. She holds the QPA and QKA designation from the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA). She is a member of National Center for Employee Ownership and ASPPA.
