Kevin Rusch will be co-presenting about reshuffle/segregation. Many companies are adding reshuffling/segregation provisions to their ESOPs, but it is not as easy as it sounds. There are several design options and each company must decide exactly how they want the provision to work. Coordination between the drafter of the provision and the recordkeeper is a must. However, it can be one of the most helpful provisions we have to handle repurchase obligation and have/have not issues. Come learn what you need to know to add reshuffling/segregation to your ESOP.
